No hair transplant at Dallas Men’s Hair occurs without careful planning and design of each patient’s new hair profile. We believe in investing an ample amount of time in creating the custom design of every hairline and planning the distribution of each follicle to ensure the most desirable outcome. Dr. Michael Wierschem believes that comfort is key to a successful experience—that’s why he encourages each patient to do what they can to be at ease throughout the process – including using their cell phone, listening to music or podcasts with earbuds, or even taking a nap. In addition, we will provide food and beverages from local restaurants, as well as snacks throughout the day.
When it’s time for the procedure, local anesthesia will be used to minimize discomfort. The hair extraction and implantation process using the ARTAS® iXi system then takes place in phases while you relax. The total time of the procedure varies from person to person depending on factors such as the number of hair follicles being transplanted.
Once the procedure is complete, Dr. Michael Wierschem will sit down and speak with you to provide post-op hair care instructions and to answer any questions.

We offer ongoing support for your hair transplant procedure with optional in-person follow-ups at 4, 8, and 12 months.
